If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a Unimaxx Web Hosting service, you may cancel the service within 30 days after the date on which the initial order for the cancelled service was placed. Unimaxx will offer you a complete refund of the fees and taxes you actually paid for the service, not including the fees and taxes for any domain name registrations, renewals or transfers (if applicable) or any other services (if applicable). No cancellation or processing fee will be charged.

To qualify for a refund, the cancellation request must be made by telephone by calling 604.248.4848 during Unimaxx's business hours, and the refund request must be made at the time of cancellation. Cancellation and refund requests may not be made by email, fax or voicemail message.

This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee may be used only once per person and only once per Unimaxx account, and may not be combined with any other refund or rebate offer. Refunds will only be made to the credit card account used to make the initial purchase of the cancelled Web Hosting service. Where initial purchase was made by online banking or cheque, a refund cheque will be processed within 30 days of the refund request and issued to the name and address listed as the "Account Contact" on the Unimaxx Account.

Refunds will not be granted in respect of accounts that are past due or services that are cancelled or terminated by Unimaxx for non-payment or other breach of the Unimaxx Terms of Use and Services Agreement or any applicable supplementary Agreement.
