SBX-IP-320
The Vertical SBX IP 320 was developed in partnership with LG-Nortel.  Designed  as Vertical’s entry level system for those clients that are simply looking for an affordable phone system but want extra features. This system integrates easily with existing networks, supporting a variety of phone types including digital, analog, IP phones, soft phones, and Wi-Fi phones for mobile users. Support for traditional endpoints, IP endpoints, and trunking in a single system. VoIP can be deployed immediately or migrated overtime. The SBX IP 320 is a converged desktop solution which will allow a business to grow from as little as 3 stations to 48. The system is only scalable to a maximum of 12 phone lines.

LEGACY BASED SYSTEMS

DX-120 (replaces DX-80)
The DX-120 is cost effective with as few as 3 lines and 3 stations and is scalable to a maximum of 16 lines with 48 stations. The DX-120 supports analog and digital telephones.  The DX-120 offers you more than 100 special features right out of the box. The DX-120 is an enterprise-grade system which gives your business a competitive edge.

 
FX-II
The FX-II is cost effective with as few as 12 employees and is scalable to 400 stations on a single FX-II system. The FX-II can be networked, IP or T1, with a maximum of 15 FX-II systems together.  The FX-II combines efficient VoIP telephony, unified messaging and a suite of time-saving call management applications for single-stie and multi-site enterprises. The FX-II supports analog, digital and proprietary IP endpoints.
 
MP 5000
The MP 5000 is cost effective with as few as 12 employees and is scalable to over 400 endpoints on a single MP 5000 platform. The MP 5000 can be networked, IP or T1, with a maximum of 15 MP 5000 systems together. The MP 5000 supports, analog, digital, proprietary IP and SIP based IP endpoints.
 
Televantage
TeleVantage is integrated with leading contact management PBX software, so that users can click to dial from your existing application, such as Microsoft® Outlook or ACT!®. You can also record phone conversations – either manually or automatically – to confirm orders or share with team members.

Even without a PC, users have access to all these features on any phone – including mobile and home phones and digital, IP and PC-based soft phones. As a result, employees are more productive, clients can reach them more easily and your business can capture valuable data on all calls.
